We provide circuit exercise and cardio exercise.

We are also the only fitness center in Brevard with

all hydraulic exercise equipment...meaning that you work with your own weight and your own resistance.

REASONABLE MEMBERSHIP RATES

Discounts for:

Transylvania County School employees (retired or current) and their spouses; law enforcement/first responders and their spouses; and active military/veterans and their spouses. We offer weekly and monthly rates, as well as

3-, 6-, 9- and 12-month rates.
